かなりしっかりとかかった黒胡椒のピリ辛さがまたまた♡

それから霜降り牛タンも♡
６カットで1980円となかなかな高級さ。
でもそれも納得。
牛タンってこんなに甘かったっけ？ってくらいとにかく甘い脂。
霜降りってだけあって、脂ののり具合も最高。
でも脂っこいとかはなく、さらりと軽い後味。
さすがーって思う美味しさ◎
添えてあるのが白菜のお漬物ってのも◎
最後にはお肉だけじゃなく、魚介系もと。
