カリフラワーは、冬のお野菜のイメージですが、コクもあり美味しいスープ
ボリューム満点でした♡
ひと口サイズとは言え、ラペもありバランスも整いました＾＾
期待感いっぱいのクロックマダム
小さなお皿に
こんもり高く盛りつけられパリ風です＾＾
ハム、グリエールチーズ、ベシャメルソース（ホワイトソース）をサンドして、チーズをのせて焼いたバゲット版クロックムッシュ。これに目玉焼きをのせたのがクロックマダム。「Buvette」のオリジナリティはイタリアの生ハム、プロシュートと削りたてのチーズをたっぷりかけてあるところ。ワインが飲みたくなりましたが、この後予定があり見合わせました。
重過ぎず、もう一つ入りそうでした。カロリーを考えるのは止めておきました（笑）
思いがけずひと口デザートまで登場し、大満足♡
