Just when I was looking for a casual drink to start the day, I discovered a great place where I could enjoy a few small bites at a time! On a holiday, we enjoyed the marriage of champagne and Tempura at Hibiya Midtown! I remember that Tempura was a little cold, but the stress was blown away by the champagne and the excitement was building, so my satisfaction didn't wane. I got a clear bill and went home quickly!
