りゅうきゅう丼に舌鼓
日比谷ミッドタウンのプレオープンにお邪魔しました。
東銀座で愛されたお店ですが、ビルの建て替えに伴い
こちらに移転。
入口は、格子の引き戸に、鶯色の短暖簾。
品のある佇まいです。
お隣りに、「立呑 三ぶん」があります。
店内は、こじゃれた居酒屋風で、
カウンター席とテーブル席。
ランチは、５アイテム。
昼定食、りゅうきゅう丼、天然鯛茶漬け、
海鮮丼、牛タン焼き御膳。
りゅうきゅう丼をお願いしました。 １２００円。
大きなお盆に、
りゅうきゅう丼 （かつお、鰤の漬け）
菊芋唐揚げのそぼろあんかけ
蛸と山芋の磯部和え
お味噌汁
香の物
しっかり漬かったかつおと鰤は、ちょっと濃い味
ですが、美味。
小鉢もきっちり丁寧に調理され、好ましい印象です。
これは、お酒をちょっと、という気分になります。
テーブル上には、夜のメニューと、
本日の冷酒 ２０種類のラインアップが。
これは酒好きにはたまりません。
こちら、魯山人の器などもあるそうで、興味津々です。

日比谷ミッドタウンにある割烹酒亭です。
ので、基本は夜ですが、
ランチタイムに、定食をやっています。
2度目の訪問。
さすがに、ご時世がら、ランチタイムも空いています。
ですが、スタッフさんたちは、元気いっぱいで、
こちらも元気をいただけます。
4種類の定食から、
西京焼き御膳 1546円をお願いしました。
お盆に、
・鰆の西京焼き
・小鉢 2品
ひじき、鶏肉の和え物
・香の物 2種
・味噌汁
・ご飯
美しく焼き上げた鰆の西京焼きには、
玉子焼きもつき、お得感があります。
ビジネスマンに対応し、さっと、料理が登場するのも
いいですね。
コロナに負けず、頑張っていただきたいものです。
