「割烹酒亭 三分亭 東京ミッドタウン日比谷」へ初訪問。
夜は17時から営業で、丁度17時に入店しました。
素敵な和食器が沢山飾れていて、素敵なお店♡
まずは、「うこん」とお酢ドリンクと小さな冷たいお粥が運ばれてきました。
飲む前の儀式でしょうかね…。
お料理も美味しかったですが、スタッフのサービスがイマイチ…。
接客担当の方が全然来てくれないから、カウンター越しの板前さんに聞こえるように頼んでも、全然返事がない…。
「接客担当の人に頼んで」と言わんばかりの嫌な表情…。

んで、いい加減立ってから、返事が来ましたが、聞こえてたなら何とか言えば良いのに…といった感じ…。
なんで返事しないの？って思いますよね…。
板前さんが注文取る係じゃないならば、スタッフ呼んでくれた良いのに…。
後、メニューは写真もないから結構不親切…。
「揚げカラスミ餅」なんか900円もするのに、いざ頼んだら、「ピンポン玉の大きさのお餅です」と…。
だったら、メニューに書いておけば良いのに…。
それに、揚げ物だと思って注文したのに、出汁の中に餅が入っている…。
「江戸時代 玉子ふわふわ」も頼みましたが、これもイマイチ…。
ふわふわの卵焼きがくるのかと思ったら、玉子スープが運ばれてきた…。
お酒のつまみに頼んだのに、玉子スープは想定外…。
それも、二人で分けるには量が少ない…。
全部に共通してることとしては、メニューに書いてあっても、大きさやイメージが全然沸かない…。
お料理は美味しかったけど、スタッフのサービスとか、これはないな～…。
安いお店ならともかく、お酒入れて、一人一万円以上使う店でこれだと非常に残念…。
ワインとか日本酒を注文したら、普通、「お冷はいかがですか？」とか聞いてくれますが、これもなかった…。
結構沢山お酒頼んでて、お水がなくなっててお代わりも来てくれないし…。
ってことで再訪はない…！
期待していただけにとっても残念だったので、珍しくネガティブなコメントを書きました…。
