京都の有名料亭「瓢亭」が東京に初出店。
「カウンター割烹」全盛の現在でも、京都で純粋な「料亭」として生き残る数少ない高級店。
京都本店はミシュラン3つ星。
「日比谷ミッドタウン」3階にあります。隣は帝国ホテル。
同じ3階に「鮨なんば日比谷」、7階に「龍吟」があるビルです。
6000円で駐車場2時間無料、20000円で4時間無料。
平日昼に来店。カウンターは我々のみ。個室に2組。
税サ込6050円のコースを注文。15代目のご主人がカウンターで調理してました。
京都本館は敷居が高いので、東京で気軽に体験できるのは嬉しいです。
素人の主観です。繊細な味わいに感じました。
東京の超人気日本料理店&寿司店は大半が強い味わいの店だと思うので新鮮でした。
京都で食べた「未在」「祇園にしかわ」よりも繊細な味付けな気がします。わからんけどね。
古き良き時代の日本料理というイメージで美味しかったです。
「松茸とハモの椀」は王道の1番出汁系。非常に美味しかったです。
出汁にカツオじゃなくてマグロを使うのが特徴だそうです。素人の僕には少量の和三盆でも入れてるのかなーと思うほど甘みを感じました。これがマグロ節の特徴らしい。自宅でもマグロ節で作ってみようと決意ｗ
「栗ご飯」は繊細な味付け。栗の味を感じるご飯。鯛そぼろ？もいただきました。
どれも正統派で上品な美味しい料理でした。
