ミッドタウン日比谷の地下にあります味醂粕漬のお店。日曜日午前中にお弁当販売に気付き、月曜日夕刻に参りますと、お弁当は無く、夕立で地下道を通り抜ける水曜日に、お弁当が二種類ありまして、単品粕漬が、サワラ756円、銀だら1080円、本日の鈴波弁当(サワラ)1404円、銀だら弁当1836円からすると、銀波弁当が割安な感じですが、最近、サワラを食べたので、銀だら弁当になりました。車内にお弁当の香りを漂わせながら、雨に弱い紙袋を大事に持ち帰り、自宅にて頂きました銀だら弁当は、銀だらが、守口漬けの大和屋さんの漬けの技法らしく、味醂粕が、甘過ぎず、良いですが、小さいです。煮物に蒟蒻、椎茸、人参、めじ削り節のだし巻き玉子、黒豆、漬物がサイドで、黒豆は丹波風。漬物は、守口漬けやワサビ等楽しめます。
