今日は同僚と仕事帰りに有楽町へ。
駅から少し歩くとあるお店で、都心の一等地ながらしっかり個室。有楽町から近いが日比谷だとおそらく駅直結なのではないかと思った。店員さんの接客も丁寧で安心して楽しむことができる。
お通しは牛もものコンフィ。赤身の旨みと温度が絶妙。冷製で楽しむ肉の食感と旨味は、このお店のレベルの高さを窺い知ることが出来る。
そしてまずはナスの一本漬けを注文する。プルプル食感で塩加減がうまい。ナスの質感、漬け方両方が良く、肉の付け合わせとして最後まで活躍してくれた。
続いて牛タンユッケ風。牛タンの食感がもっちり感を作って、肉と卵の旨みがたまらない。素材の質、料理のアイディアの両方がとても良い感じだ。
そして肉寿司3種も注文する。炙って出してくれる。肩ロースが脂は多くないが溶けるような食感と旨みがすごい。もう一つも部位は忘れたがおそらくサーロインでこれも絶品。まさに絶品と言うしかない肉寿司であった。
たまらず赤ワインを頼む。安心のチリカベのドメーヌデグラス。フレッシュなフルーティさとしっかりした濃厚さはよく冷やされている温度に最適な旨さ。
牛タンしゃぶしゃぶを頂く。美しい色合いのタンは優しくも味深い出汁と合わさり食感と旨みが最高だ。今までにありそうでなかった美味しさと行った感じで、良い意味で衝撃であった。タンの食感が強いので野菜と共に食べるとまた違った料理として素晴らしい。
サービスで柚子胡椒も出してくれたが、これで好みの焼き加減のタンゆず塩を食べることができ尚良かった。
つまみの足しで昆布味のフライドポテトを頂く。少しばかりもこもこした食感がまたタンと相性がよく、どの酒ともよく合うのでとてもありがたいつまみだ。一緒に行った友人は特にこのポテトを気に入って、ほとんど彼が食べてしまったが、確かに病みつきになる絶妙な味付けであった。
最後は残ったナスをつまみに黒龍 純米吟醸 秋上がりを。濃厚な黒龍のベースがありながら飲み口爽やかで、最後まで楽しませてくれる。
牛肉、特にタンを中心に素晴らしい料理が多くあり、とても楽しく過ごすことができた。コスパ的にも1人7,000円程度で料理のクオリティや場所柄を考えると素晴らしいと感じた。
また使いたいと思う。
