最近、この界隈も大混雑で入店待ちも当たり前。。。
直前に予約してもらったのは有楽町駅居酒屋ビル！
とりあえず可能な飲み放題付きコースで、
チョイと早めの鍋をいただきますぞ！

お通し的な枝豆はなかなか盛りよしいい感じ！
グイッとビールを呑みほしたところで！

海苔がたっぷりの彩り鮮やかなチョレギサラダ！
ドレッシングはシンブルな味でさっぱり爽やか！
サニーレタスと紫キャベツの歯ごたえシャキシャキ！

マグロはチョイと筋っぽい部位だけど、
脂ののった厚切りサーモン！
ボイルされたホッキ貝の食感もいい味わいです！
わっしょい！カツオのタタキ！
ほどよい脂を感じるカツオのたたき！
ポン酢でさっぱり生姜のアクセント！
メニューにはわっしょい！ってあるけど、
もう少しわっしょい感がほしいかな？
アシカならネギやミョウガの薬味でわっしょいですな！

赤身の部位はモモ肉かな？

塩味は控えめでカラダにやさしい味わいです！
ケチャップのおかわりもらってパクパクッと完食！
牛もつ鍋！
出てきてびっくりマウンテン！

野菜はキャベツとモヤシがベースでニラとにんじん！
牛もつは大きめカットのマルチョウてすな！
じっくり中火で煮込んていくと、
トロトロのコラーゲンスープになります！
アシカはすりおろしニンニクと生姜で味に深みを！
なんだかエネルギッシュな味付けでギンギンですな！
そしてお腹いっぱい！
〆の麺まで食べられないかなりのボリュームです！
いやいや、かなり食べちゃいましたな！
料理はテンポよく出てきていい感じです！
