有楽町での用事が終わり友人と飲むことになりこちらをチョイスして訪問。
個室も完備してありプライベートも守りつつ呑むことができます。
特に印象に残ったものをピックアップ★
★ せいろ蕎麦
信州名物の信州そばでこちらの蕎麦は紫色をしています。料理長おすすめのカレーつけ汁も注文してカレーつけ汁につけて食べます。蕎麦は歯応えがしっかりしてて風味も口に広がる。カレーつけ汁につけてもしっかり蕎麦の存在感を残してくれます。
★ 山賊焼き
こちらも信州名物でニンニクと玉ねぎを擦りおろし醤油にいれその醤油に鶏を漬け込んで揚げます。かなりジューシーで食べ応えに加え美味しさも満点
★鶏刺し2種盛り
生の鶏ですが低温調理されているので生でも安心です。ブリブリの生の鶏を食べることができます。ごま油とニンニクに付けて食べると美味しいです。
日本酒に合う料理が多いだけあり日本酒の取り扱っている種類も多いです。日本酒以外にもソフトドリンクからお酒まで幅広く取り揃っていました。
