八兵衛鶏ガラスープはおかわり自由、日本酒で割っても合いそうな鶏ガラスープでした
柚子の香りも良き
2杯おかわりしました
・地鶏タタキ2種
モモとムネの2種は綺麗なピンク色
薬味は柚子胡椒・ニンニク・ネギ・茗荷・鶏刺し用タレでバリエーション豊富
どちらも新鮮でモモは柔らかくムネは歯応えがしっかりあり鶏刺し用の甘めなタレでいただきました
・鮮魚3店盛り
マグロ・ブリ・サーモンどのお刺身も新鮮でした
・カツオのカルパッチョ
オリーブオイルに塩胡椒
厚切りにカットされた鰹は新鮮
彩も綺麗美しいカルパッチョ
・若鶏の山賊焼き
看板メニューの山賊焼きは信州名物とは知っててましたがやっと食べることが出来ました。身がプリッとしててジューシー美味しい
お味はニンニク醤油でした
・帆立明太子
帆立の貝柱の細切りに明太子を混ぜた一品料理
お酒のアテにピッタリ
・せいろ蕎麦
最後に〆として看板メニューの信州蕎麦を注文
〆にちょうど良い量でした
普段からお蕎麦は食べないので違いがわかりませんが美味しかったです
オススメはカレーつけ汁追加みたいです
店内は地下で電波悪いですがFREE Wi-Fiがあります
訪問時は満席でしたがお料理にドリンクの提供は早いです
お席は扉付きの個室、半個室、テーブル席があり広々としてました
他にも気になるメニューがありますからまた訪問してみようと思います
