I made a reservation and went to this Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), which had delicious Shinshu soba and local chicken dishes. There are various types of seats, including fully private rooms with doors, semi-private rooms, sunken kotatsu seats, and table seats. Since I made a reservation, I was guided to a completely private room with a door. There were also seats where you could have a party. Smoking is allowed in all seats. ●What we ordered ☑ Iburigakko cream cheese ☑ Tuna and avocado ~ Nameko soy sauce ~ ☑ Homemade meatballs with cartilage ☑ Young chicken grilled by bandits ☑ Tsukimi yam soba ☑ Whole strawberry ice cream The appetizer is ``Chicken soup'' Warm chicken soup is served. First, warm up your stomach with soup and start your meal. Apparently it can be used as a soup for sake. ``Iburigakko Cream Cheese'' It's a snack that comes out quickly, so it's a good snack for people who want to drink alcohol right away. I think the person who was the first to realize that Iburigakko and cream cheese go well together is amazing. ``Tuna and Avocado ~Nameko Soy Sauce~'' Although there was no nameko in it, it was seasoned in a Japanese style. It contains ginger and is refreshing. ``Homemade meatballs with cartilage'' Eat glossy meatballs mixed with egg yolk. The meatballs are surprisingly large. Enjoy the crunchy feeling of cartilage. ``Young Chicken Sanzoku-yaki'' Sanzoku-yaki is apparently a specialty of Shinshu. The bandits take things away → fry the chicken So it's fried chicken thighs. It is crispier than fried chicken and is eaten with mayonnaise. ``Tsukimi Tororo Soba'' Let's finish off with some soba noodles. Shinshu soba with grated yam. Egg yolk on top. It's like looking at the moon. It's so elegant. Two types of green onions and chopped seaweed. Mix everything and eat. It looks like it's good for your health. ``Whole Strawberry Ice Cream'' Condensed milk is inside the strawberry, and since it's ice cream, the whole strawberry is frozen. The strawberry part will be hard at first, so insert a fork or toothpick into the white part of the condensed milk to eat it.
