夜ごはん

日比谷シャンテ地下2階にある韓国料理レストラン『韓日々（ハンメイル）』。
夜でも韓国料理の定食メニューが充実。「サムギョプサル定食 包み野菜付き」で、さらに野菜スープを「ミニスンドゥブチゲ（赤）」に変更。
10分ちょっとで到着。豚肉は鉄板の上でジュウジュウと音を立て、スンドゥブもグツグツと煮立った状態で提供。サムギョプサルは、そのままはもちろん、キムチや味噌をトッピングし、サンチュやレタスと巻いて食べても美味しい。スンドゥブは、やや辛味が主張された味。具材は卵をはじめ、あさりなどの海鮮も入る。3種のナムル、この日はしらすとインゲンのナムル、れんこんと昆布のナムル、そして水キムチが良い箸休めに。ごはんがおかわりできるサービス付きだ。
