海老食べ比べは
牡丹海老と赤海老の2種類。
牡丹海老のねっとりとした
濃厚な甘みでぷりぷりとした食感。
赤海老はぷりっとした食感に甘味が強め。
食べ比べ出来るの嬉しいし､
どちらも大きくて食べ応えがある。
生牡蠣は大粒で
ポン酢がかかっとるけん
さっぱりと頂くことが出来る。
炙り和牛のうにのせは
軽く炙られた和牛の
優しくて舌でとろけるような味わいに
クリーミーなうにとの
相性が良く口の中が幸せすぎた。
痛風鍋は
白子､あん肝､牡蠣､海老､イカが
これでもかというくらい盛られてる。
魚介の濃厚な味わいとコクを感じる。
