看板メニューの雲丹のフランは雲丹の香りが◎。
いなだのカルパッチョは梅のソース。
梅？？と思いましたが
きちんとフレンチでした。
いなだはくどい時がありますが
梅の酸味が上品に生かされたこのソースなら
もしもの場合も美味しくいただけそう。
皆さまが褒めている
マンハッタンクラムチャウダーは
目の前でクラムチャウダーの上に
トマトのエスプーマを
のせていただけます。
スプーンは添えられておらず
クラムチャウダーを口の中で
マンハッタン風にする趣向。
これが本当に美味しくて
高評価に大納得。
真鯛のローストに
牛ヒレ肉のステーキは
間違いないお味。
ダークチェリーのフォーブルトンは
果物を焼き込んだ
ブルターニュ地方の
柔らかめの焼き菓子のことで、
卵の優しいお味が美味でした。
ソースの色が
カルパッチョの梅ソースの色と似ていたので
梅？？？と冗談を言ってましたが
当たり前ですが梅ではなく
甘さが爽やかなチェリーのソースで、ピスタチオのアイスクリームともよくあっていました。
