訪店自体がかなり久しぶりですが、本日のランチは初訪店です。
どんなクオリティなのか？わからないため、恥ずかしながら一番安い天ぷらコースを選択。魚3品、野菜4品、天丼もしくは天茶のコースです。
こちらのお店は、間違ってなければ、ごま油強めの天ぷらになります。ですが、「重さ」は全くありません。油切がよくカラッと揚がっている天ぷらです。
ただ。以前何回か夜に伺ったことがあるのですが、なんとなくですがランチに関しては「ん？」という感じでした。あくまでも個人的な感想です。
なんというか。衣の感じがカラッとはしてるのですが、ボテッとしてる感じですかね？表現が難しいですがなんとなく天ぷらというよりもフリッターという感じでしょうか？
ランチといえども銀座であり、品数、サービスを考えると十分なクオリティなので問題はないです。
〆の天丼はタレの辛味、味の濃さ、共に私好みなので最後は大満足で終わりました。
