すごーく久しぶりの訪問です。
開店の11:30前になりお邪魔したところ、20分には席へ案内してくれました。意外と早めにこられるかたも多いですね。
やはりここは肉まんのセット 1320円にします。
麺はいつもは五目そばか担々麺ですが、今日は牛肉細切りつゆそばにします。
まずはお茶がポットで出て来ます。
待つこと10分程で着丼です。
やはり、肉まん、迫力ありますね。
皮だけでも美味しい。
そして中心に据えられた肉。
椎茸や魚や様々な味が融け込んだ肉。
これだけでも美味しいのですが、
やはり皮と頂くのが最高！
点心で海老しゅうまいの小がひとつ。
小さくても海老しゅうまいの旨さをしっかりと味わえます。肉まんとは全く異なる味です。
そして、春巻きはハーフ。
餡がややドロッとしています。こちらはややしっかり目の味付け。どちらも美味しいですが、実は肉まんと同じくらい、こちらのしゅうまいのファンなので、とても嬉しいセットです。
そして、牛肉細切りつゆそばは牛肉の旨味がしっかりと味わえますが、意外とあっさりめ。濃過ぎないスープ。麺はストレートのしっかりした麺。
さすがです。
そして、最後に杏仁豆腐。こちらも美味しいですが、まあ普通かな。
これで1320円はやはろお得ですね。
