トリッパの揚げ物は初めて。
歯ごたえをあえて残しているのはさすがです。

太いチョリソーも。
それぞれが最適な焼き加減。
自家製チミチュリソースが別添え。
これはすごい肉料理です。

皮のカリカリを通り越したバリバリ加減がすごい。
脂も甘く、白いんげん豆のソースも良く合います。
女性スタッフのフランクな笑顔のサービスも心地良く、ゆっくりと料理を堪能できました。
