日本初登場だという馬虎麺（マーフーメン）。
中国陝西省西安市の郷土料理で、開発者の名前が由来とのこと。
柔らかく煮込んだ牛肉と特製タレで和えて食す、スープの少ない酢っぱ辛い和え麺。
2024年4月1日〜5月31日のランチ限定メニュー。
紙エプロンをしていて良かった。
食べ方が下手なだけかもしれないが、かなり飛んだ。
13:30以降の利用だったが、会計時に「この時間は大盛り無料ですので」と言われる。
