銀座八丁目、外堀通りに面したビルの1F。
外堀沿いなのに、何故か分かりにくい。
能登に行く用事があって、その前の決起集会。
能登の食材が食べられるお店があるとの事で伺いました。
地下へ下り店内に入ると、田舎の居酒屋の佇まい。
入って右の厨房前にはカウンター、それと4席くらいのテーブル席です。
テーブル席に案内されましたが掘りじゃないので座り辛い。
多分テーブル席を人数によって移動させるので、掘りに出来ないんでしょうけど。
店内のモニターには能登の案内が繰り返し放送されておりました。
既にロックフィッシュでハイボールを飲んできたので、日本酒からのスタート。
能登には美味しい日本酒があるのに、東京では有名じゃないですね。
アド不足でしょう。
少しずつ頂きましたが、どれも美味しかったです。
料理は能登食材が中心、いや能登食材だけ(笑)
空輸しているとの自信通り、刺身はプリップりで非常に美味い。
これは是非食べた方が良い。
ただ正直これ以外売りのメニューが弱い。
能登牛も美味いし、能登豚のメンチカツも悪くないけど、とび抜けない。
能登の食材に拘るあまり、メニュー数が少なめなのが気になる。
いくら能登のアンテナショップとは言え、全部のメインメニューを能登の食材にしなくても良いと思いますけどね。
店員さんはハキハキして気持ちの良い接客でした。
結果、能登のお客さんがいたら話題としてお連れする用途しか、私にはないです。
