銀座方面ランチ探訪。新橋駅からですと銀座口南から
徒歩で８分くらいかと思います。土橋の陸橋超えて
2つ目信号交差点の角地あたりのＢ1Ｆにあります。
エレベーターはビルに入って少し階段揚がると
下りあります。
カウンター席６名ほどテーブル席が数卓あり
落ち着いた空間です。ランチはおおむね千円均一
（お刺身７点盛り１５００円）です。
本日はお刺身５点盛り定食１０００円を頂きました。
本日初訪だったのでいつもの調子はわかりませんが
ワンオペ対応で少しお時間頂きますとの事でしたが
１０分程で提供いただけました。
景色は、お刺身５点盛り（鮪・カンパチ・ハマチ
鯛・烏賊）がきれに盛られています。お一人運営
でバタバタされているかと思いきや、一皿の気遣い
はさすがにプロです。
お刺身のブロックは 食べやすい一口サイズで
どれもお魚の違いが十分にわかる旨みです。
副菜に 揚げ出し豆腐の餡かけがありこれも
熱々でお刺身と対照的な温度感でバランス良き♪
レンコンの含め煮 レンコンの食感がぽりぽり
です。このショップは丁寧な仕込みと鮮度良き^_^
お味噌汁と美味しいご飯は食のスピードを増します。
丁度良き分量で満足！
