「玄品ふぐ」の試食会に行ってきました♡
今回食べさせていただいたのは、
夏季限定の“ふぐ美容”コース、
「美楽瑠（ミラクル）」
ふぐってカロリーが低いのに、
コラーゲンたっぷりで
女性の美肌にぴったり
その上たんぱく質も豊富で、
これこそスーパーフードだと思う！
ダイエットしたいけど、
栄養もしっかり摂りたい！
お肌もプルプルでいたい！
そんな欲張り女子にピッタリのメニューです♡
今年の夏は、「土用ふぐ」流行りそう
私たちがいただいた
ふぐ美容コース「美楽瑠（ミラクル）」は
全4品のコースで、なんと1名様2,900円
安いよねっ！！
料理はこんな感じです↓
■てっさ・湯引き合わせ盛り（50kcal）
■焼きふぐ（120kcal）
■てっちり コラーゲンゼリー入り（198kcal）
※どちらか選びます。
（今回は試食会なので、両方いただきました）
焼きふぐはお野菜や身、皮などがあり、
食べ応え抜群！
もろみ醤油ベースで、
焼いたときの香りが素晴らしいです。
てっちりは鍋がまずおもしろい！
ざるに紙を敷いて・・・
これで鍋になるんだ
金粉がのった
たーっぷりのコラーゲンを投入し、
お野菜やふぐ、皮などをいただきます。
ポン酢の中には
薬味がたっぷりで、これまた美味しい♡
フグの味がひきたちます
鍋を食べ終わったあとは雑炊に☆
ふぐのダシとコラーゲンがたっぷりで、
翌朝プルプルになりそう
卵たっぷりで、優しいお味でした。
■ふぐ寿司（77kcal）
焼きふぐを選ぶと、雑炊の代わりに
こちらのお寿司が出てきます。
さっぱりしていて美味しい
お寿司大好きなのでうれしいです
■デザート
ごろごろとナッツがたっぷり入った
アイスクリーム。
ナッツもお肌に良いですからね。
翌日が楽しみになるお食事でした！
ちなみに上記に+800円で、
前菜と食前コラーゲンドリンクがついてきます
個人的には、こちら追加したほうがお得だと思う！
いろいろな種類の前菜を、
少しずついただけるのは嬉しいです。
せっかくなので、
その他のドリンクも頼んでみましたが、
サワーもソフトドリンクもコラーゲンがたっぷり
上の透明の、、、氷だと思ったら
全部コラーゲンで、ビックリしました☆
ちなみにこれはマンゴーの
コラーゲンドリンクです
この美容コースメニューは、
2015年6月15日～2015年8月31日まで。
