新年会、華金の夜ご飯にチョイスしてもらったお店
ふぐ料理が食べられるお店です。
まず2階に行き、その後適宜上の階の席に通される流れでした（4階だった）
コース注文していたのでさくさくとスタート
てっちりにふぐのから揚げ・焼きふぐにふぐ鍋・・・とふぐ尽くしのフルコースになっていました〇
どれもおいしかったけどふぐ鍋の際のしゃぶしゃぶ用のふぐがこりっこりで最高においしかったです。
ポン酢が合います。
(鍋で驚いたのが、防水性の紙？を使用していたところ
最後までへたれなかったし、手があたって熱いなんてこともなかったし
恐らく後片付けも楽そうなので素晴らしいアイディアだな～と思いました。)
ちなみにこのお鍋、最初にコラーゲンゼリーをたっぷりいれてくれるので雑炊で最後まで楽しみつくすのがおすすめ
ドリンクは飲み放題にしていたのですがこれもクオリティ高かった
自家製のゆずハイボールがおいしくてささりました。
あとはひれ酒が入っているのが最高
頼むと目の前であぶってくれるので香りが日本酒にうつってまあおいしい
鍋と交互にふうふうしながら食べるとおいしいので是非
