ふぐ料理の玄品。日本中色んなところにある有名チェーン店です。
今回は新年会で8000円のコース。
ふぐ皮の湯引きからスタート。これは普通の湯引きで付き出しって感じです。
てっさは結構美味しいです。小さいですけど、1人1皿あるのでまずまず満足。
ふぐの唐揚げと皮の唐揚げも美味いですが、まあ値段なりです。
フグ鍋もそれなりの量があってまずまず。
雑炊も付いていて、最後はシャーベット。
お酒は種類は少ないですけど、ひれ酒も飲めますし、中々。香りが立って美味しいです。
フグの白子は別で追加。
総じてちょっとした会で使うには丁度いいお店。
またふぐを気楽に食べたい時には行きたいお店です。
