新橋、玄品ふぐ。とらふぐ亭のような感じですかね。コースも似たような感じではありますが。
イメージでは玄品のほうがやや高級なイメージでしたが。あまり変わらないかもです。
でも、てっちり用のふぐがまだピクピクしてることとか。店員さんがお鍋に具材を投入してくれることとか。ヒレ酒を頼んで次酒のとき、ひとヒレ、サービスしてくれてさらに注いでくれるあたりとか。
玄品の方が、接客は良いですね。
コースは湯引きにはじまりてっさにてっちり。唐揚げもいただきました。そして、ビールをほどほどにヒレ酒ヒレ酒ヒレ酒。
鍋を食べ終えたあたりで雑炊で〆って流れですね。
大満足。
ふぐは、味は淡白ですがそれが、しつこくなくて美味しいんですよね。
