唐揚げが食べたくなり放浪。安くてボリュームが売りの店はチキンの品質を疑いたくなるのでパス。適量で味も普通な唐揚げを求めて銀座ナイン地下に潜入したところでこの店にきました。
唐揚げ定食の他にフライ系盛合せ定食を主としている、唐揚げカレーをチョイスです。
唐揚げの味は期待通りの手づくりテイスト。水分量が多く柔らかな肉とソフトな感触の衣、無駄に衣をつけすぎずいい塩梅。
カレーは飲食店御用達なお味で凡庸だったが、付け合わせにキャベツサラダ、味噌汁がついて900円はまずまず満足。
特筆すべきは店内を取り仕切るフロアのお姉さん。推測するに、それなりの飲食店でサービスを習得した経験がありさらに自身の接近センスを合せ持つ。
無駄のない動き、丁寧で適切な応対フレーズ、1アクションごとに必ず笑顔を見せている。30席ほどの店内も一人できっちり仕切っていた。ご立派ですね
