新橋方面ランチ探訪。銀座ナイン2号館Ｂ1Ｆ探検。
博品館のある交差点から１分です。
今日も茶碗蒸しが名物の“吉宗”さんは長蛇の列。
蒸し寿司と茶碗蒸しの黄金セットは早々に完売。
まあ、いっか！と、向かいの定食屋さんのこちらで
カニコロとメンチカツセット１０００円頂きました。
以前は焼き魚系もあったようですが、今は揚げ物
カレーと生姜焼き系に絞られているようです。
席は２名掛けのテーブルが １5席くらいで若い
客層でにぎわっています。お仕事からのランチ
流れ込みのようです。
１０分ほどで、着膳。山盛りキャベツに、
大きめカニコロ1ｹとメンチカツ1ｹそして
目玉焼き♪。お味噌汁とご飯です。
ご飯は大盛無料です。
見ていると 生姜焼き+〇〇セットが良き出て
いるようです。
メンチカツもそこそこ大きいので、メンチカツ
だけでもお腹いっぱいになる感じです。(;^_^A
カニコロは 粘度の低いとろとろ触感クリーム
の甘みがしっかりしているので、ソースは
いりません。目玉焼きの黄身部分がとろとろ
なので、卵黄（オランデ）ソース代わりに良き。
サクサクと食べ終わります。
お店でてお隣のお店は お魚に特化したランチメニュー
同じ食堂街ですみわけが進んでいる感じです。
