まさかのお目当てのお店は、午後のみ営業。リサーチ不足。
近くに、たくさん肴ランチが食べれるお店があるなんて、天国です。さすが新橋。
さて、早速近場で見つけたのがこちらの施設。もう11時50分。やばい！やはり待ち人が5名ほど。しかしグループ。
名前書くボードに、名前と決まっていれば注文も。
後で知りましたが全部1300円。現金のみ。
今回は「めだい」をオーダー。
相席でした。
たぶん5分はたってない。3分ぐらいかも、到着。
お盆に広がる「和のテーマパーク」完成。
メインの「メダイ」は、何もつけなくても麹だと思うが、脂も乗っていて、しかも分厚く弾力がある。
美味すぎる。
みそ汁もワカメのみの具ですが、それが逆に出汁の味噌の風味が感じられる。
刺身は、マグロ、サーモン、鰤と強敵だらけ。
大根おろしとジャコ。これもさっぱりアクセント。
そして、普通の固さのご飯。好みは固めですが、これもいい。
いやー。いいね！素晴らしい。後で見ると、ランチの名店らしい。大満足です。
