新橋駅前ビルの隣にある雑居ビルの4F。
知らなかったら中々入りずらいですが、美味しいという噂を聞きつけ訪問。
お目当ては銀鱈定食1200円。
前払いでご飯の量、お味噌汁の量など選んでお座敷へ案内されました。
すでにテーブルに小鉢や茶碗蒸しが用意されています。
茶碗蒸しは椎茸のお出汁が効いていて美味。
程なくしてメイン到着。
小さめの尾の身2つだったので少々残念に思いましたが、高級魚の銀鱈をこの値段で出せるのがすごいわよね。と自分を納得させる。
箸を入れると触っただけでわかる脂ののり。
プリンプリン。
お味も美味！
ご飯多いかなと思ったけどしっかり濃いめなのでしっかり平らげました。
他にも海鮮丼や鯖焼きもあったので食べてみたいです。
12時前にお店を出る時は行列ができていたので早めの来店をおすすめします。
