久しぶりのカニ道楽
細君が大の蟹好きなので電話予約して伺った。
蟹料理は剥くのが大変なので
頼むのは蟹の唐揚げとか、バター焼き、刺身が多い。
一番の楽しみは
●むき毛ガニ だ。
メニューを眺めてみてもないので
ホールの方に以前あったむき毛ガニはなくなったかときいたら
ありますよとの返答
剥く前にスタッフの方が毛ガニを見せてこちらの蟹ですとの説明
ただ以前よりかなりお高くなっていた。

蟹みそ、かにバター、タラバガニ唐揚、グラタン、ミソ甲羅焼、蟹サラダ
タラバの唐揚げは美味い。
お酒はビールと日本酒をを飲んだ。
コースより単品の方がいいかな
