1 minute walk from Exit 1 of Shimbashi Subway Station, 4 minutes walk from Ginza Exit of JR Shinbashi Station. At our restaurant, located on the 2nd floor of Ginza Nine Building 2, you can enjoy crab |
Last winter, I wanted to try crab and tried to make a reservation, but I couldn't get a reservation at a convenient time and had to give up. I didn't know it was such a popular restaurant...so I made a reservation over a month in advance this year and went there the other day. I arrived around 6:30 a.m. for my reservation, took the special elevator, and entered the store. The inside of the restaurant is larger than I expected, and almost all of the seats are divided into private rooms with customers, which shows how popular it is and makes you feel like you're on a little trip. The menu has a huge number of options, from a la carte to courses. After much thought, I decided on a course that includes boiled crab, horse mackerel, and sashimi, as well as grilled crab. First, salad and egg tofu. There was no crab in the salad, but the dressing tasted like crab miso. Tamago tofu is stuffed with crab paste. The beginning of crab exhaustion. Next, we compared the horse mackerel of king, snow, and hairy crabs. Although it's not a huge amount, it's nice to be able to taste three types of crab at once. Naturally, he became stateless and scraped his way through life without any intention. Next, snow crab sashimi. It has a melty texture and is delicious, but personally I think crab is sweeter and more delicious when cooked. Next, a hibachi was brought out and grilled crabs were served. If you overcook it, it will become dry, so be careful when baking. You might think it's a waste if the crab gets stuck to the net, but grilled crab is a luxurious dish. delicious. Finally, the crab Sushi was the end of all the crabs. It's not cheap, but I'm satisfied that I was able to enjoy crab this much. I was also impressed by how each dish was delivered in perfect timing. It was so exquisite that I thought someone somewhere was watching the progress of the meal. Perhaps this is why the store is so popular. I would like to visit again next season and immerse myself in all the crabs. It was delicious. It was a feast!
