・煮穴子小袖寿司、赤甘唐豆腐、
鶴松風、サーモン明太焼き、
新取菜浸し、玉子カステラ、
串うち（鮑・蟹真丈、銀杏）
■見映えも味も前菜として秀逸ですね！
②お造り
・河豚お造り、まぐろ、甘海老、寒鰆
■てっさだけでなく鮪や甘海老もあるのが良いですね
③台物
・とらふぐ小鍋仕立て
■ふぐちりを小鍋で美味しく頂けました。

・黒毛和牛ステーキ
■柔らかくて肉の旨味がしっかりで美味しいです。
