新橋駅前のちょっと猥雑感すらある路地に佇む餃子百名店です。
薬局の２階というわかりにくいロケーションながら百名店だから13時ごろに期待してうかがった。
そしたら何と先客はなし。あれまさか休みだったかと思ったけどちゃんと「どうぞ」と招かれました。
その後、退店するまでお客さんは２人来ただけでした。雨のせいもあるかな。
餃子に一品料理をセットしたランチがおすすめ。
◆エビ玉子甘辛チリソースセット（餃子５個）
1.250円。
餃子が２個だと1.150円ですから５個にしたほうがお得です。
ライスとスープ、サラダ、ザーサイつきです。
この３点はごく普通のもの。サラダのドレッシングが少量すぎて味がしなかった（笑）
テーブル酢胡椒というのを試しに加えたら美味しかった。後でわかったけどこの酢胡椒は餃子用でした。
先にエビ玉子甘辛チリソースが到着。餃子はもう少し待ってとのことで先にこちらからいただきました。このメイン料理がなかなかイケる。
芝エビのぷりぷり感がよくチリソースが絶妙に美味しいです。
やや遅れて餃子が到着。知らなかったけど羽根つき餃子でした。30種類以上の薬膳を使用したニンニク不使用の餃子との触れ込みどおりハーブのようなパクチーのような薬草らしき香りがします。
私は気にならなかったけど好みが分かれるかもしれませんね。どちらかと言ったら女性にウケるタイプかもしれません。
お値段以上のコスパがありますね。再訪アリです。
