I had an insatiable craving for paella, so today I went to Marcona in Shimbashi. Since it's a Spanish bar in Shimbashi, I expected it to be more casual, but I was surprised at how calm the atmosphere was. Bars like this may be rare in Tokyo. Today I ordered the Chef Course course. ① [Special Spanish tapas platter] - Seasonal Spanish omelette "tortilla" - Red shrimp ceviche - Galician-style Ajillo ② [Small shrimp ajillo] ③ [Assorted Prosciutto and Iberian pork salami] ④ [Kuroge Wagyu Beef Asado】 ⑤【Special Seafood Paella】 The tapas platter gives the impression of being carefully made. All are above average and delicious. I don't think the taste is too strong. I think I've eaten shrimp Ajillo more than 100 times, but it was a very well-made Ajillo in terms of the plumpness of the shrimp, the saltiness of the oil, and the flavor of garlic! ! The seafood paella has nice shrimp. Is it a little more watery than I like? That's what I thought, but it was also delicious. But for now, I think the paella served at Dinner in Monte Azul is my number one. Overall, it's more of an elegant Spanish Cuisine than a bar. It doesn't have the bar-like, rowdy feel to it, so some people might feel like it's too much of an honor roll...LOL It's definitely useful to know about this restaurant! Also, the wine was delicious as everyone said. I ended up ordering two bottles, and I drank quite a bit, so it cost about 12,000 yen per person, but I think it's not bad for the cost performance if you drink normally. A Spanish bar recommended for adults. Thank you for your meal!
