初訪
宮城県名産の芹鍋を食したくなり銀座の「三代目 文治」2店舗にTELしてみるもドボン...
思い付いたのが当店の、きりたんぽ鍋。
訪問1週間前にWeb予約です。
秋田に本店があるのかと思いきや、仙台店と当店のみ？
2名で頂いたのは、
①1500円：お通し（ヌタ、小魚の佃煮）
※ 会計から逆算
② 715円：比内地鶏もつ煮込み
③ 880円：がっこ盛合わせ3種（胡瓜、蕨、蕪）
④3960円：きりたんぽ鍋x2
1980円：地ビールx2
3000円：ポン酒（100ml）x6
以下、食した所感。
①-③：無難な仕上り。
④：芹：三関（若干の干からび感...）、肉：比内地鶏 とツボは押さえてますが、仙台店を考慮すると芹は名取産かも知れん...
肝心のきりたんぽは本場の大館で食べるよりもフワフワ感に欠けておりましたが、肉から溢れ出た脂のコテコテ感が◎でした。
「なまはげ」と握手して退散...
