新橋駅から歩いて数分のところにある新橋駅前ビル1号館1階にある、さかな亭さんを訪問。こちらのお店は毎日お昼時には列ができており、21年の百名店にも選出された人気店だ。
13時に訪問したところ、前には3人待ち。5分ほどで入店できた。店内はかなり狭めで、カウンター10席のみ。
早速、とくとくサービスセット1,300円を注文。刺身＋焼き魚or煮魚を選べるので、焼き魚を注文。
既に作り置きされてたようで、刺身がすぐ出てきた。盛り方がけっこうテキトーだ笑
ただ、鮮度自体はしっかりしていて、弾力のある刺身だ。
焼き魚は5分ほどで出てきた。魚は焼きサバで良質な脂たっぷりでご飯がどんどん進む。骨も事前に取ってくれているようで食べやすい。
この値段で焼き魚と刺身の両方を食べられるのはかなりお得だ。新橋駅前で魚料理が食べたい時にコスパの良いお店だ。
