何かが変わった
深夜の締めで、幾度か利用したことありますが、
ハンバーグカレー蕎麦とか
十割らしからぬアバンギャルド過ぎるコンセプトが面白かった店だったはずですが。。
本日ランチで
霜降り牛丼の蕎麦セット。
とても良いです。
おや？と思ってメニューをパラパラ見れば、
真面目な感じ。
経営者変わったのかな？
また来ます。

先日ランチに訪れて蕎麦屋らしくなったな～と刮目したけんびさん。
やはり夜は外国人従業員たちの、変わらぬやりたい放題ぶりが楽しませてくれます。
これだけ店内POPで十割蕎麦ウンチク語って、
肉蕎麦注文したら、ニラもやし炒めが乗っかっている奔放さ。
実にアバンギャルド。食べる側の度量を試されてる感がそそります。
まずは、蕎麦しか注文してないのに、なにを取り分けるのかナゾの取り皿に載せられたオシボリにも、自分の固定概念の枠の狭さを思い知らされました。
さらに、お新香の代わりかと思われた小さなサイコロ２つほどの高野豆腐がお通しとして税込300円かかることで、プーチンのウクライナ侵攻の影響力の強さを思い知り、世界は繋がっているのだというグローバリズムを醸成させてくれます。
本当に面白い店です。
自分が大人でよかった。若いときには楽しめなかったと、自己の成長にも気づかせてくれる。
そんな楽しいけんびさん、クセになるので又来ます。
