浅草線新橋駅からすぐの新橋駅前ビル1号館の地下にあるお寿司屋さん。
都心を中心に駅向かいには系列の立ち食い店も。
ランチは1000円で味噌汁、茶碗蒸し付きとのことで伺ってみることに。
土曜日13時ごろに入店。
店内はL字型の作りで、カウンター席にテーブル席が。
濃い目でたっぷりの緑茶が嬉しい。
注文したのは、この店舗限定「特別旬握り 10貫(¥1500)」。
連れは、「大漁にぎり 12貫(¥1200)」を。
待つこと8分ほどで到着。
茶碗蒸しは銀杏、アサリ、えのき、三つ葉入りで優しいお味。
味噌汁はワカメがたっぷりでこちらも優しい味わいです。
シャリは固めに握られみっちり感があり食べ応えが。
ネタはちょっと乾燥気味のものもありましたがバランスがいい。
印象的だったのは、中トロ、トロ鯖、ぶり。
寿司もボリューム感があり、味噌汁、茶碗蒸し付きは満足感が。
今回少し高めを選びましたが安いやつでも十分だと思います。
ポイントカードもあって再訪したいと思える寿司ランチでした。
