新橋、烏森神社近隣の九州料理のお店がランチ営業中。入店致しますも、スタッフ不在で、歓談客３人組と黙食客１名のみのため、厨房にお声掛して、歓談客から遠い席に座ります。店頭の定食メニュー900円～1000円５種類から、早そうな「にんにく馬刺し定食」1000円を頼み、店内に流れる音楽を出待ち歓談に邪魔されながら静かに待ちました12分で来ましたお盆には、小鉢、お漬物、少なめのご飯と味噌汁。馬刺しは、カルパッチョ風で卵黄を混ぜて頂きますと、精力つきそうです。マスクをして会計の準備を致しますと、厨房のスタッフはレジに移動し、スタッフ店内不在の理由は、歓談からの避難と悟り、歓談先客よりも先に現金払いした滞在時間20分です。
