今まで何度か予約をトライしたのだが、満席と断られ、2週間ほど前に予約してやっと利用できた。
まず、入り口がわからない。このビルの中かなと奥に入っても、看板がないので、どの扉から入っていいのかわからない。そんな感じの店だ。
店内はわずか8席、すべてカウンターで4席、4席の椅子が置かれたＬ字型のカウンターだ。その中にはご主人が一人でサービスを含め全て行なっている。哲庵のようなスタイルだが、店内は、こちらの方が明るい感じ。
今日の料理は以下の通り
・子持ちしゃことミョウガ
・帆立ての昆布〆
・スモークした鰹のタタキ
・大きな生うに
・塩空豆
・くちこの炙
・からすみの炙
・豚の西京焼
・もずくとめかぶの酢の物
・鯛のあら炊き
・穴子の炊き込みご飯
・赤だし 香の物、梅干し
素材がかなり良く、どれもシンプルな料理で美味しい。これで7000円のコースと言うのはかなりお得だ。酒は生ビール、麦焼酎、芋焼酎、山崎、神亀酒造の日本酒4種類のみ。価格は明示されていないが、飲んで食べて1万円未満でおさまる感じ。本当に良い店だ。
