以前から気になっていた、こちらにお邪魔しました。店名にもなっている「胡椒」が気になります。胡椒がタップリかかっているのか？
地下一階に入りスライド扉を開けると、異国(中国)情緒満載です。(^O^)
二人掛けのテーブル席に案内され、ランチメニューを眺めて、こちらの「売り」であろう胡椒の名前が入っている「サンラー胡椒麺」をお願いしました。
待っていると次々にお客さんの来店で、人気が分かります。
暫くして、着丼です。透き通ったスープに溶き卵と野菜のこちらも濁りの無い餡がかかって、ラー油がタップリかかっています。更に胡椒なのですが、赤と緑の粒胡椒がいくつか乗っています。
スープを一口啜ると、塩味スープに酢、ラー油が混ざり酸っぱ系が好きな方はお気に入りでしょう。(^O^)
麺はちょっと回りが暗くて分かりずらかったのですが、全粒粉のストレート柔麺です。最後まで熱々で頂きました。
