丁度12時、新橋でランチとなりました。
ニュー新橋ビルの未訪問店にチャレンジすることにして、最上階の4階へエスカレータで上がります。
ターゲットの北海道料理店ユックに到着して、中を伺うと、席は空いていました。
良かった、結構時間がないのですよね今日は。
入店して、カウンター席に座ります。
座面硬い椅子は、テーブル席も共通で一部ソファー。
背もたれは高いですが、木製で湾曲無く、まあまあといった座り心地。
カウンター席はL字に近いですが、間隔はまあまあ。
テーブル席は結構狭めですね。
籠はありませんが、ハンガーは入り口に４つありました。
さて、ここでは焼き魚かお刺身の定食になります。
880円から1,380円というレンジで、バラエティに富んだ12種類もあります。
食材は北海道からとありますが、まあ全てではないにせよ、北海道は好きなので嬉しいですね。
にしんが食べたかったので、にしんの味噌漬け焼き＆鮭塩焼きの焼き魚二点定食、880円をオーダー。
これが最安値とは、さてさてどのような感じでしょうか、楽しみです。
忙しいこの日、2分程で提供とは何とも嬉しいです。
鰊は半身ですね。
鮭は旅館で良く見る極小サイズに比べると十分なサイズです。
焼き魚は、焼いてあったストックをチンしていると思われます。
さて味は如何でしょうか、
鰊は、うん、味噌が上品に香り、身はしっとりとして脂乗りもよいですね。
このくらい旨味があれば文句なしです、美味しいです。
焼き加減も良いのでしょうね。
そして、鮭ですが、こちらも特段文句がなく、塩辛いということもなく、身はしっとり。
極上とまではいきませんが、期待レベルには十分届いていますね。
加えて味噌汁、おっとこれは石狩汁ですね、美味しいです。
ご飯とお新香はまあまあといったところ。
メインの2種類の焼き魚の質と量は文句なく、この値段であれば満足度高めですね。
HPを見ますと、店舗によっては限定メニューがあったり、値段が微妙に異なったりとするようですが、
コースメニューもありますね。
1点気になるのは、喫煙です。
少なくとも自分の滞在時間中は喫煙者なし。
ランチライムは禁煙になっていると良いのですが（未確認）、このビル喫煙天国のお店も多いですからね。
それも間もなく変わるでしょうか。
接客やオペレーションも良いだけに、懸念点はそこだけです。
