「しばらく在宅になります～」と言われ私のランチはどうするの？今日はしばらく銀座でランチが食べられなくなるのでとんかつでも食べに行くか～と思っていたらブックマークしていたお店を発見。玉子焼きが名物な評価の高い居酒屋がここにあったか～。メニューを見ようと思ったら従業員の方にお店へ案内された。銀座ビルの地下って結構階段が長い。カウンター席に座りメニューを見てすぐに焼き鳥丼950円（1045円税込み）をお願いした。
営業時間をお昼から通しに変更されているので仕込みで若い従業員がたくさんいる。地下なので電波がなく私の携帯では最新の情報は見れず。12：10頃にお店に入ったと思うが食事がなかなか届かず。満席というわけではなかったが着丼は12：40頃。ちょっと不安になる時間であった。昼からアルコール・おつまみも用意されているのでメニューを見て過ごしていた。
焼き鳥丼は焼き鳥三本分のもも肉がご飯の上にのっており温玉添え。「七味や山椒が必要であればおっしゃってください。」と言われたので七味をいただいた。やっぱり七味かけた方が美味しい。肉厚のもも肉だったのでジュージーでいい。結構いろんな場所で焼き鳥丼を食べてきたので理想はつくねなど他の焼き鳥でご飯を埋め尽くすお重である。いろんな食感が楽しめるといい。副菜のしらこ煮・わかめスープが美味しかった。
従業員同士のコミュニケーションもよく、よく気が付いてくれお水をよく注いでくれた。食後に温かいお茶も入れてくれた。次はもう少し早くでてくるメニューにしよう。日本一ふわふわな玉子焼きも食べにこないと。
