知人と新橋で飲もうということになりました。
そこで食べログで、駅ちかで手頃なところってことで、こちらのお店をチョイス！
当日でしたが空席があったのでWEB予約ポチリ！
訪問時間19:00、先客2組4名様。
お店は見るからにバー！
テーブル席二つだけで後は10人ほど座れるカウンターのみ。
内側にはバーテンのお兄さん！
棚には洋酒各種がずらりと・・
あらっ、一次会のお店選定間違えちゃったかな？
カウンターへのご案内。
まずはジンビームのハイボールいただきま～す♪うまし。
お願いした料理は以下の3点。
絶品厚切りカツサンド1,980円。
大山鶏純レバー焼き980円かな、うろ覚え^^;
炙りお揚げさん780円。
以上3点のみ。
お値段気持ち高めですので控えめにオーダー（笑）
カツサンドですが、とにかく分厚い！
これほどの厚みの豚ロースカツは久しぶり（笑）
お肉はピンク色でものすごく惹かれます^^
6等分にカットされたサンドをガブリ。
ソースは程よい甘みのある味。
お肉はジューシーで旨みたっぷり。
脂があま～い♪
確かに絶品！食べごたえあるカツサンドです。
おまけにハイボールとの相性がドンピシャ！
大山鶏純レバー焼きがこれまた絶品！
お皿はにたっぷりのレバー
ネギは九条ネギかしら、真ん中にドバっと盛られてます。
このレバーが程よい歯ごたえ、臭み全くなし。
タレは甘さ抑えた大人の味わい。
これならレバー嫌いでも食べれると思います^^
いくらでも食べれちゃう。すばらしい料理です^^
お揚げさんは、カットされた上げの上に大根おろし＆ポン酢。
その上にやっぱり大量のネギ（笑）
お腹にたまらないけど、つまみとしてはなかなかの味わい。
90分ほど滞在して、
そのころには満席です^^
人気あるなあ♪
ハイボールは4杯いただき、
お会計は@4,000円程度。
きわめておいしい料理でしたが、
これらをお腹いっぱいになるまで食べて飲んだら・・・
お会計は@5,000円～6,000円になると思います。
一次会ではなく、二次会に小腹を満たしつつ
お酒を二杯程度飲む！
そんな使い方が似合うお店ですね^^
