駅からすぐの路地にある炉端焼きのお店。
北海道を感じるメニューが多数！
何食べても美味しくて、お店の方も空いたお皿とかお酒とかすごく対応が早くてよかったです。
焼き物を頼んで待ちつつ、お刺身も。
お刺身は食感のいいウマヅラハギとなめらかな肝が最高でした◎
焼き野菜はミョウガ、ナス、ヤングコーン、インカ、長芋、しいたけと種類豊富！
お芋とミョウガ特に美味しいです。
ふわふわでほろっとした食感が不思議なあんこうの唐揚げはおつまみにぴったり。
ホッケは身がしまっててジューシー◎
初めて出会ったししゃものお刺身。
ものすごくやわらかくて驚きます。苦味とかクセは全然無いんですね、なんか意外！
日本酒飲むならぜひともイカの肝焼きは食べて欲しいです。火をつけてくれるのでアツアツ。塩気と苦味とイカの食感が最高で、お酒がどんどん進みました。
〆はタコ飯。タコと炊いたご飯と思ったら、上から甘しょっぱいタレをかけて石焼きにしてお焦げも楽しめます。タコたっぷりで満足。
日本酒も食事もまだ気になるものがありました。またいつでも行きたいです。
やっぱりおいしいお酒とおいしいごはんとタバコは切り離せないと思ってしまうなぁ。
おじさんの街は信用できますね。
