新橋で元同僚らと呑み会。
オジサンなので炉端焼きのこちらを予約。
JRのガード下なのだが、昔からあったっけ？
誰も覚えていません。
奥のテーブル席へ。
隣がヤングリーマン達だったが、うるさいのは仕方がないか。
３人のうち、ひとりは呑むと、ほとんど食べないので、コースではなく、単品で注文することに。
北海道らしく、ラーメンサラダがあるが、食べるのは私だけなので止めました。

こちらは北海道の炉端ということで、魚介を中心に。
野菜類はクーポンサービスのインカのめざめじゃがバターとポテサラが被ってしまった。
インカのめざめじゃがバターには塩辛が付き、お酒がススム。
なかでもトロほっけは、脂がありジューシー。これは美味しいホッケでした。
１尾は食べ応えも充分。
鮭のちゃんちゃん焼きは味噌の風味が良く、鮭と良く合います。
イカの丸焼きは焼き具合が良い。香ばしい皮。柔らかい身。
生姜醤油で頂きました。
ろばた焼きなので煙が凄いかと思いましたが、快適、快適。
悪くはないが、炉端はやはりカウンター席だね。
