この店の母体は無化調、手作りを基本にした高級点心メーカー。OEMも多数請け負っているが、それこそものすごいロットの商業施設にいたるまで手作りにこだわる。そんなオーナーがきちんとした中華を食べられる店を作りたいと考えたのが、この店だ。
点心は海老餃子、小籠包といったオーソドックスなものから、日本ではなかなか食べられないものまで豊富。フカヒレの姿煮なんて最近、店ではめったに頼まないが、穏やかな味で上湯を丁寧に取っていることが感じられる。なにげないお粥がおいしいというのが、この店の実力を物語る。
