新橋、SL広場で、クイック・ランチになり、栄通りに入り、ランチ営業中の五軒目の引き戸を開けますと、カウンター席にのみ空きがあり、イン。高齢男性客中心の昭和なお店で、フグがメインながら、ランチは、天丼750円、天ぷら定食850円、鮭定食850円、刺身定食950円から、天丼を頼みます。直ぐに麦茶が来まして、ジャコおろし添え、お新香が５分位で参ります。注文順を繰り返し確認しながら、同時平行で各種料理が調理され、基本、グループ単位に提供されますため、順番待ちで、12分待ちました天丼は、当然熱々の天ぷら。海老２尾、白身魚、茄子、ピーマン？、ご飯の天汁も良く、小皿もアサリ３個の味噌汁も楽しみましたが、七味唐辛子が欲しいです。麦茶が無くなると、補給して下さり、厨房２名、ホール２名の家族経営的なお店の滞在時間は20分でした。
