新橋愛好家として、ラインナップを増やすべく、平日昼間にランチ訪問してきました。
場所は桜田公園界隈のディープエリア。
同系の料理屋さん舞浜のすぐ隣。
細い階段を昇って2階へ。
舞浜がランチで行列なのに対して、比較的空いており、すぐに入店。
店内は、カウンター席と小上がりの掘りごたつ席が3つ。
若めの大将が一人で切り盛り。
こじんまりとした非常に落ち着く雰囲気。

空いていることもあり、すぐに配膳、早速実食。

熱々の文化さば、箸を刺したら、『ジュッ！』ってな反応を期待しておったのですが、そんなこともなく…。素材の問題か、焼き方の問題か。
また、口に入れたら、さばの脂が『ジュワー！』ってな反応を期待しておったのですが、そんなこともなく…。
刺身のワサビも、蛍光カラーの人工的な色のもの…。
普通のさばの文化干し定食を普通に頂きました。
このクオリティで1000円というのは、少し強気かなと感じました…。
ただ、大将の柔和な感じと落ち着く店内は好きです。
