若干の飲み物のは温さ気になるが？！
VAPEUR（ヴァプール）店名にもなってる、その意味は
”蒸気”いわゆる蒸し料理をウリにしたお店です。
しかし、立地と路面に面したオープンカウンターから、
何故かフラっと立ち寄り易く、
その蒸気料理を食さずして、
シャルキュトリーとか軽くツマミながらサク飲み、
みたいな使い方で、何度か来たことあります。
結構好きなお店。
この日は初？奥のカウンター。
ソーシャルディスタンスのため、
カウンターも２席ずつ間を開けての営業。
なので、店内はほぼ満席状態になっておりまして、
予約しなかったけど、セーフｗ
先ずはグラスシャンパーニュで乾杯っ☆
少し温いのが気になるがｗ
お通しの蒸しパン＆揚げパン。
揚げてるのは、パンというより
寧ろ、青のりのフリットと言った方が近いかな？ｗ
長崎県産の牡蠣（￥900円／１ピース）
は蒸されてぷりップリ！
パテドカンパーニュ（￥1,000円）は、
ホロっとほぐれる柔らかタイプ。
具材はいたってシンプルですね。
付け合わせのピクルスやサラダの
ドレッシングが酸味効いてて、
程よい箸休めとなってGood♪
メインの仔羊と夏野菜のスパイストマト蒸し
（￥1,400円）も正にラムです！って主張ある、
良い意味で、お肉の臭みがあってドラミ好みです♪
料理出てくるのに、少し時間がかかって、
最後の方バタバタさせてしまったけど、
そういう要望にも低姿勢で応えてくださった
スタッフの方、ありがとうございます。
ロゼワインも、メニューに記載されてるのじゃなく、
シノンのでしたが、チョと温かったのは、
目を瞑りましょ？！

座り飲みも立ち飲みも☆
ここの奥のテーブルスペースの利用はしたことが無く、それ故、いつもサクっと
半屋外のカウンター使いだったので、今までの（料理などの）写真は無し。
今回初めてのスタンディング。しかも表のオープンスペースは
￥キャッシュ・オン・デリバリーで前払い制だったのかYO！～と驚きYo～ｗ
Anyway, 時間は中途半端なアイドルタイムの17時過ぎ。周りのお店の
Dinner Openも17：30～だから、それまで軽く１杯飲んで時間を潰そう、
とグラスシャンパーニュ頼むも、気はスグ抜けるし温度上がるとイマイチ？ｗ
ということで、１杯では済まず、２杯目にクレマン・ド・ボルドー追加。笑
店名からも、蒸気料理でヘルシーなのがウリなんですが、シャルキュトリーとか
酒飲みのツマミも充実してて、やはりサク飲みには向いてるのかと。
立地も悪くないですしね。人目が気にならないカジュアル使いに持ってこい♪
さて、移動しますかね。スタンディングの割にはグラス￥お値段強気だと思うけど。ｗ

I forgot to take a photo. Bitter smile lol I had a little time to spare before the tempura dinner, so I decided to have an aperitif at a nearby place, the Dorami was sparkling, and my companion had a summery mojito... picture? ! More than 1/2 of the glass is filled with ice, and not only does it look good, but is it? The staff said, ``Please drink while melting the ice''. ! There's no cocktail like that, right? ! LOL The mint reflected through the glass is so wild (I mean it in a good way, I wouldn't call it a weed! LOL) It's so exciting (in so many ways, lol) Shouldn't you come here? Ginza 8-chome on Saturdays and Sundays lol Anyway, I stopped by because I only wanted one drink, but I didn't want to pay for the table charge, so I said at the counter, But, oh! For this price (Is that why?!) Is it this quality? I just pounded the ice hard and melted it. I'm sure Dorami isn't the only one who can't help but look at his companion as he tries to make it to his next reservation at the tempura restaurant, lol. Thank you for the meal. It was~☆彡
